Casa Tua, a Miami restaurant staple, has decided to move into the residential world. Fortune International Group (Fortune) is developing a 70-story tower Ora by Casa Tua. The tower will be built at 1210 Brickell Avenue and will have around 460 residential units. The building, ORA, is the first branded residence for Casa Tua. The units will be between 500 and 2,400 square feet and can be anything from a studio to a four-bedroom home.
ORA by Casa Tua will have Two new restaurant concepts, a gourmet market, A rooftop lounge, an entertainment lounge, a fitness, and wellness center, a three-story sky garden, a pool, a Jacuzzi, cabanas, and a bar. An abundance of nature and lush landscaping infused into the design of the building, including full floors of floating gardens overlooking the city views.
